Just wanted to give my 2p about Rackspace, my company has been using them now for about a year and I couldn't be happier, their support is next to nothing, just ring up and they sort the issue there and then, if they need a little bit longer they either call you back or setup a support ticket.
Their Cloud Servers are great, we have a few of them in different locations load balanced so we can be up 100% and provide faster browsing in different countries. Everything is fast and secure.
Their prices are great for us I would recommend them to anyone.
