I used to use Adsense and I think it is a really good affiliate program. You can earn lots of money.

Nope. Google Adsense is Just money making program. it won't help in seo aspects.

No Google AdSense does not affect Google ranking in a positive way but it can affect your rankings negatively if you use too much ads on a page.
