How important do you feel customer service is?

In Web hosting? Insanely important. Often times it's what separates a smaller, newer host from the big companies out there.

I agree very much. I work as CSR so I know how important it is to make others feel they are the only thing that matters.
 
 In other note I have seen some horrible customer service from hosts you would think it would be outstanding.
