Just wanted to give my 2p about Hetzner, we use them for our development servers and my personal servers too, I can say for a budget dedicated server company they are great.
Support is great, sometimes you hit a language barrier but apart from that they are fine, if you have any server issues they get back to you within 10 minutes.
They have a great product range and everything is setup instantly if you are a verified customer. Their network is also great!
I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cheap dedicated server.
