In the past I have used greengeeks.com for a reseller plan and wasn't happy with them at all.
The servers were so over loaded that sites would barely load. At time they would time out. I open tickets to complain just to be told they are working fine now. Which to me is just a bad way to answer a ticket. After about a week of this I had enough and started to move off their servers.When I noticed that they don't offer cpanel backups in the cpanel. You would have to create database backups and then FTP you public_html folder to your computer and re-upload to your new server. If you wanted a cpanel backup file the charge you $5 per cpanel. I didn't like this at all.
My conclusion is to stay away, for away.
