What online payment gateway do you use for your webhost? Have you used any beside Paypal?
I use paypal, since I could can except debit and credit cards through paypal it makes it easier.
Have you ever used any other?
No I haven't. was thinking about 2checkout though.
As I cannot use paypal, I think 2CO is my only option.
Have you looked in to Alertpay?
Its Payza now, and I've been reading a lot of bad reviews about it, so not sure.
We offer BitPay and PayPal. For us to offer anything else, the fees would have to be similar to PayPal because that's what we base our pricing off of.
I see alot of more of bitcoin around and I have no idea what is lol
we would like to use ccavenue in future :)
There is always Stripe its cheaper than PayPal here in the UK! Not sure anywhere else though. :)
I haven't heard of Stripe, will look into it though, thank you.
They are great! I haven't had any problems with them, the only downfall is that they take 7 days to send you your money. But they are working on getting that down to 2 days.
Still that's not too bad, it only week and if you have someone paying by check it takes that long anyway.
No thats not bad, and its cheap then having a merchant account anyway!
That's good sometimes paypal just takes to much in fees.

If scammer Chargeback through paypal, it's big trouble for seller. Paypal is good as well as bad :P
I agree paypal is great in that it protects the payer, but that could be a real pain for the seller. I haven't ran into this problem yet, but I am sure I will at some point.
I have run into many problems with PayPal so I won't use it again!
To be honest I never thought Paypal to be that bad. It's all I have ever used though.
I used to work alongside PayPal directing clients to them, their fees are high, to get merchant rates like with WorldPay or SagePay you had to do around £60k every month which is stupid!
Thats why they are looking into allowing people to pay for goods or services via bitcoin, because its cheaper to accept bitcoin.
