I've used Wordpress on my phone before! Hated it so I decided I would stick to a tablet or a laptop! Phones are just to small to sit there and type out things! Well thats my 2p anyway.

I prefer a keyboard and mouse or a trackpad!

I prefer MyBB to Wordpress when it comes to creating themes. But I have failed to at creating themes. Its just trial and error!

You can use cPanel's Windows version which is the same thing really! I have never used windows to host a website. I don't really want to try as I know linux too well!

Wordpress is quite good to design with! If I am being lazy I normally use the BlankSlate Theme which allows me to just add in the CSS. I then don't have to worry about the wordpress theme files!
