After having major problems with three hosts that should be avoided like the plague IE.  Webhostinghub, Leaseweb and Red- H ( Paid a bill by CC for euro 48 = $78.51 I was charged over $4,000 )

I have found a host that so far has genuinely helped us and done everything right. I am very happy with them indeed and can recommend them. They are, https://shinjiru.com.my/

The real test of a host is when things go wrong and in our case they have bent over backwards to help us. If anyone is looking for a host then they may like to check them out.

I have no financial interest in them at all I am just a satisfied customer.

Allan

Glad you found a host that you are happy with and thank you for sharing that with us. I am hoping it can help others?

spidy

Thanks Allan. I understand that everyone's needs and expectations are different but it seems the underlying need is for a reliable and responsive host who will assist when needed so we can concentrate on building our various websites.

Shinjiru.com appears to be fulfilling those needs for us and in a polite and friendly manner.  So hopefully we will have a long and mutually beneficial association for many years.

Shinjiru.com is still being helpful and doing the right thing by us.

It is a real pleasure to work with a decent host that seems to care about its customers. Nice one Shinjiru.

Allan

Sounds really good, and thank you for keeping us up to date.

spidy

Thanks. We are always quick to slam a bad host so it is only right that we post about a good host as well.

I am glad to say that our new host https://shinjiru.com.my/ are still doing the right thing by us. If there is a problem they just fix it and in a polite and respectful manner.
A most welcome change from some of the other hosts we have dealt with!

So far,  well done Shinjiru!

Re Leaseweb.
After having MASSIVE problems with them accepting an INVALID DMCA take down request and closing us down despite the obvious fake report,  we thankfully moved away from them.

Now I just received a message from Ruud Mous
Managing Director LeaseWeb Netherlands BV

asking me to fill in a feedback form!

Am I looking forward to this!! :stomp:

Exactly! Seems like businesses either reply like them (slow and forever) or state how "great" they are in a compliant. Now that how you lose yourself plenty of customers...

Businesses need to take these 100x more seriously and then maybe they will have so much better luck with keeping their customers. :)

I agree with you 100%. Once a business gets to a certain size they seem to think they can do no wrong.  They forget "The bigger they are the harder they fall"

Precisely, keeping up the reputation is single most important component to any business. No matter if that business is ran by a single person or a larger enterprise that have multiple facilities and customers by the 100,000's.

Without a quality reputation to be proud of the business cannot reach their full potential.
