Host Hunters

I wanted to look for a good user and admin friendly live chat software. I went looking and seen what others were using and read some reviews also. I saw alot were using Livezilla. So I decided to go ahead and try it out. I hated it, it was dull, boring and not admin friendly at all. I did some searching and found Jivosite. I have to say I'm so glad I did. They are the most user and admin friendly one I found. The signup was easy and free. The free version lets you have up 5 agents and all can be on at once.Which is unheard of for free when it comes to live chat. One thing I looked for was a way to add it live chat to my site and when I saw how it east it was to add JivoSite on the website I liked it even more. You just have to add a code to the body part of the page you want it to show on. It's that easy. I added it right above the on all pages I wanted it to be on. The whole thing took me about 4 minutes and I don't know much about coding. The other thing I liked over LiveZilla was the I didn't have to start a server of anything. Everything is run off their's and you have access to all chat logs in the admin panel.
Now I'm all about making things match graphic and color wise. I hate when things don't blend in right and stick out like a sore thumb. So I here is a screenshot that shows how you can customize the button. I mean color to text, Everything.


It didn't stop there. I was looking around the admin panel and saw a design part. I was all over that. I clicked on the link and it looked like it brought me to my site. Then  I looked harder and saw that I was able to design the what I wanted the chat and everything to look like right on my site. That was awesome. I was able to customize what I wanted the live chat to look like. Here is another screenshot so you can see with your own eyes.


Isn't that great lol. I thought it was.
In all I would recommend Jivosite to everyone just for how user friendly it is.
